Does Travoy book anything without my approval?
No. Every price and every quote is approved by a person on your team before it goes to the customer.
Is it only for Umrah?
No. Travoy works for hotels in any city and country, in any currency. Umrah and Saudi hotels are simply where we started.
Do I need a supplier API?
No. You can paste prices from your B2B portals and ask hotels by email or WhatsApp. Supplier connections come later.
Who receives the customer's payment?
Your agency, in its own name. Travoy never holds your customers' money.
Which languages does it support?
The dashboard is in English and Arabic. Quotes can go out in Arabic, English or both.
Do you send messages to people who didn't ask?
Never. We only message customers and suppliers who agreed to hear from you, and they can opt out at any time.
